Dr. Benjamin Sirimba

Dr. Sirimba has a doctorate in Economic diplomacy in business management - Brookdell University. MBA graduate from the Business School of Netherlands and a specialist in Organization, Structuring and Behavior. He is furthermore a professional accountant and a Member of ACCA and International Players in Public Finance Training [UNITA]. Benjamin has over 15 year experience from several multinational companies in top management positions. He is Consulting Analyst in Hydropower Projects and Financial Analyst, specializing in tax, forensic auditing, and corporate compliance. He is a small hydropower project developer.

Doris Nkya BSc

has a track record of being an entrepreneur for more than 20 years. Her strength lies in consulting, supporting and training people, especially in monitoring and evaluating related to data management, collection, verifying and compiling in specific projects. Doris has a Bachelor in Economics/Statistics degree at University of London(UK). She worked for 13 organizations in health care (6), government (3), management consultancy (1), energy (1), mining (1) and retail (1) as consultant, data/project manager and trainer. She worked for a small hydro power project developer for 1.5 years in 2016-2017 with a portfolio of 21 projects…

Mohamed Kilapula

Mr. Kilapula is a businessman by profession. He is a pioneer and founder member of Orphans Welfare and Capacity Building Organization (OWCBO). He has worked for international School of Tanganyika in Dar es Salaam as a life guard from 1992 to 1999 before he became an independent businessman. From 1999 to 2003 he engaged in trading handcrafted items from Tanzania to South Africa. He has traveled widely to Namibia, Botswana and South Africa, trading the Makonde crafts and much other authentic hand – made crafts. Mr. Kilapula started associating himself with non-governmental organization’s work in 2003 when he started working for orphans and welfare centre (OWC) organization to assist the orphans and children’s living under difficult circumstances. He is a small hydropower project developer
